I opened an account today and I'm typing in all the information but it says my info doesn't match what TD has on file. How can I fix this?

Please allow 1 full business day after you’ve opened your new account prior to enrolling for TD Online Banking. If after the full business day and you are still experiencing difficulties, no worries - we can help.
If you have not made your initial deposit, to best assist you, please visit us during lobby hours for additionally assistance. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and a Banking Specialist would be happy to help.
If you have made an initial deposit, please connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up for Online Banking.

Thank you I'll try this. I also have another issue. I made my initial deposit on Saturday and have used my debit card multiple times since then. I went to check the balance yesterday and it says I have my money in the account but that the amount available is -$50.00. Why would this happen since I clearly have money in the account?

Please kindly keep in mind, when making check deposits with a Teller; the first $100.00 is made available immediately. As you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, Check Deposits can be held up to 7 business days for verification purposes. After this grace period, not only will the first $100.00 be made available at the time of deposit, but the rest of the funds will credit to your account the following business day.
Check deposits made at a TD Bank ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day are considered deposits made on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. If you make a deposit at an ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day that we are open, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit at an ATM after 8:00 PM, or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day.
Cash deposits made at the ATM or with bank tellers are available immediately on the business day on which they are deposited.
