Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, John. We'd be glad to help you with your wire transfer request. In order to send an Outgoing International Wire Transfer, please visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Typically, when initiating an outgoing international wire transfer, you'll need the full name and address, including City, State/Province, Country, and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (and for Euro Zone countries, please obtain the IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Please also provide the full name and address, including City, State/Province of the Financial Institution in Japan receiving the funds, as well as the amount and currency type of the transfer. Additionally, as the funds are going to a different Financial Institution other than TD Bank, we do recommend connecting with the receiving Bank for any additional information that is needed for them to receive your wire transfer successfully. Keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our current Fee Schedule please see here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. We hope this helps, John. Please have a great one and let us know if you have any other questions.
