Happy Friday, Luis!
We apologize that you're having so much trouble making purchases during your trip to Mexico, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to explain that, currently, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to access your account or personal information to determine why your card may be declining, and we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly.
You have a couple different options when looking to connect, and we'll be happy to review them all with you.
First, you may call 1-856-751-9000; toll free, to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would also have the option of calling collect with operator assistance from any landline phone by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
As you are currently out of the United States at this time, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We apologize again that we couldn't assist you directly, Luis, but we look forward to assisting you at your earliest convenience.
Enjoy the rest of your trip in Mexico, and have a great weekend.

Thank you very much for answering my email, the situation is this, I got my card in 2016 when I was working in summer, but I live in Mexico, after the summer ended, when I returned to Mexico I was using my card without No problem, in October of 2017 I made a trip to Colombia, called td bank offices to use my card there and everything well, then I returned to Mexico and used my card a couple of times but they blocked it again half a November, as I commented, I live in Mexico and that is where I normally use my card, and so far I have not been able to communicate by telephone to the offices of td bank, besides that I do not remember my password to withdraw money or the password of my account on the td bank page, I would like my card to be reactivated because I need to make some payments here in Mexico, for your attention, thank you very much
