Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Megan. We'd be happy to help!
The security of our Customer's account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options available for you to retrieve the account number and we would happy to provide those options to you. If you have any checks available, the account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please visit here for an image of a sample check: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
The account number can also be found on the top, right side of the paper statements. If you do not have a paper statement available, and you are also a signer on your son's account, you should be able to view your son's account number via your online banking. If you're not already enrolled for Online Banking, please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be able to help set up your Online Banking for you.
Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Megan and have a good day.
