Hey Brad, thanks for submitting your question to us on TD Helps. We'll be glad to provide you with an answer.
If you are a Business Customer and are already enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect, after you're logged into your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, you may follow the simple steps to view the images of deposited items online:
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name
- From the drop down arrow, select "Show All" (it will be under Account History)
- Locate the deposit
- Click on View
- Click on Deposit Details
If you have a TD business account and are not yet enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect, as long as you have a TD Debit card, you may enroll for this service by following this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to BusinessDirect, you may visit your local TD Bank for help. If you have any difficulties viewing check images online, you can call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2 for additional assistance.
Please note; the option detailed above is only for TD Business account holders. If you have a personal TD account, the images of deposited items are not currently available online. However, we offer a few options for you to obtain these copies.
First, you may request to have your check images mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. You should expect to receive your copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message. To send a secure message you must first login to your online profile by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
