I'm tryinig to process a payment on Ebay, but it keeps telling me about "insufficient funds"/"card issuer has denied the transaction". I know I have enough money on my Debit Visa, but is there something I would I have to change on my account, like daily limits?

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Demetria! We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about your Visa Debit Card.
There are a few circumstances that could be occurring for your debit card not to work properly. It could be that you have exceeded your daily limit for your debit card transactions. Please refer to our Personal Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39 & 40).
In order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in Normal status. You also must have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
If you meet the above criteria, we have a couple of options available to increase your daily limit. If you have a personal account and are requesting an increase of under $5000, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives can request the increase for you.
If you are requesting an increase over $5000 or you have a business account, you can send us a fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138 with the following information:
· Subject: Limit Increase
· Account Number
· Debit/ATM Card Number
· Your Name
· Your Telephone Number
· Amount of increase
· Indicate- Visa, POS, ATM
· Your signature
Please note: fax requests are completed within 2 hours.
Another option for you would be to send us a secure message via your Online Banking. Once you're logged in to www.tdbank.com, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message" located under the "Message Center" section. Your request will be completed within 24 hours. You may also visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for a TD Bank location near you.
Please keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for 1 calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00PM, the increase will remain in effect for 1 additional calendar day.
If you would like a permanent limit increase, please visit any TD Bank to make this request.
Another possible scenario could be that the merchant's web site is not working properly. We recommend contacting the merchant if the issue persists.
We hope this helps, Demetria and enjoy the rest of your day!
