Good morning, my name is Rosita T I need to access my account, but I forgot my security questions, nor allows me to open a new account, because the system recognizes my data though I've done it three times with different e-mail addresses. Please thank you help me in this matter.

If you've forgotten your security questions and your Online Banking is locked, we ask that you either contact us via phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store. After account verification we will have your Online Banking unlocked in no time! For a listing of TD locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
Once you're able to log back in, you can change the answers to your security questions at any time by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like " LBI." instead of " Long Beach Island ".
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
