Thanks for reaching out to us today, Kristen.
There are different factors which may cause a debit card not to work. We'd like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We invite you to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so this may be reviewed further. Or, you're welcome to go to a TD Bank Store during lobby hours for help. You can find hours and locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also connect with us via Secure Message. If you're enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you're not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Again, we appreciate your visit this morning and enjoy your day.
