i opened my bank account in Hyannis,Cape cod, MA as a debit card. i left The USA already, but i'm still using this card. i need to withdraw all money from my card. but just part of them are available. in our country we don't have tdbank. how can i withdraw all of them in Bishkek city, Kyrgyzstan?

For the protection of your TD Bank account, your TD Debit card has a daily limit placed on it. For information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39 & 40).
We understand there may be times when you may need to make a withdrawal which is higher than the standard limits set on your debit card. If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options on how to request an increase. Please note, in order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in Normal status. You also must have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
You can call us directly 24/7 from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. After account verification, one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist you with this request.
If it's easier for you, another option you have is sending a Secured Message through online banking. If you're already enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link found there.
Additionally, a third option is to send a fax to our Fulfillment Team at 1-856-533-1138 with the following information:
· Subject: Limit Increase
· Account Number
· Debit/ATM Card Number
· Your Name
· Your Telephone Number
· Amount of increase
· Indicate- Visa, POS, ATM
· Your signature
Please note: fax requests are typically completed within 2 hours.
Please keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00 pm, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
Also, if your intention is to close the account, please note that the balance must be zero and a specific request must be made. Once all of the funds have been removed, you can contact us by phone or secured message as mentioned above to request to close the account.
