Thank you for contacting us at TD Helps, Ingrid. We are happy to help!
You can withdrawal funds from any International ATM that displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. If you are unable to find an ATM that is compatible, with the TD Bank Debit Card, it may be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance. Please note, non-TD ATM fees still may apply. For more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt
Also, before traveling, we recommend placing a Travel Notification on your checking and/or savings account. However, if you did not place this notification, most likely your ATM/debit card has been blocked to protect your account. To ensure your card is active we request that you contact us at our international number +856-751-9000, also located on the back of your debit card (third number listed). Please keep in mind that you must dial the US country code 1-011 when calling us. To call collect from an international phone, call 215-569-0518 (calls must be made from a landline with operator assistance).
Another option If you are setup for online banking is to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Please include your travel destination(s) and travel dates. If you are not enrolled for online banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, his account number, and his e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
We hope this information was helpful, Ingrid. Enjoy the rest of your trip in Mexico!
