Hello Denise, Thank you for getting in touch with us today. In order to access the information of the deceased Customer, the Executor or Administrator of the Estate must provide the following documentation to a TD Bank Store: Photo identification, Copy of the Death Certificate, an original Certificate of Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration with a raised seal dated within 60 days, and a Letter of Instructions signed by all the Executors or Administrators with signature guaranteed by another financial institution. The death certificate will provide date of death if the date-of-death balance for the account is requested. As these documents may vary by State, we highly recommend that the Executor/Administrator visit a TD Bank Store closest to where the decedent lived to speak with a Representative for further information and assistance. For locations and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Thanks again for your message, Denise and have a great afternoon.
