I was improper charged in a purchase that was supposed to be $0.95 but they charged me $19.95 for a membership never requested. I have the receipt. thanks

To submit a change of address request, you can visit a Store during lobby hours or through Online Banking. If you have Online Banking, you can update your information while signed in by following the steps listed.
· Click on the Customer Service tab
· Select "Change Address, Phone, E-mail Address" link
· Select the desired bank account(s) from the list shown
· Enter your new information into the corresponding text boxes
· Click the "Submit Change" request button
A confirmation screen will appear indicating the changes that will be made to your contact information.
If you do not use Online Banking, you can call Customer Service 24/7 at the number listed above.
