Hi Tricia! Thanks for coming to TD Helps with you question.
We can confirm that once you've entered your account number with that particular biller into the system, the full account number will no longer viewable, but you should still see the last four digits. This is especially helpful if you have multiple accounts with one biller.
If you need your full account number with a particular biller, you should be able to view it on any bills or statements you receive from them in the mail. If you've enrolled in e-bills through TD Bank Online Banking, you may also be able to view your account number on your statements from the biller. Most companies will include your account number with them on every bill or statement to help ensure that your payment is credited to the correct account.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
