Good morning, Penelope.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to TD Helps today, and we'll be happy to help.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you are trying to locate how you can change your username using our self-service feature. As we are asking some of our Customer's to complete this before our new online banking update, we'll gladly provide you with the steps you need to take to have this completed!
First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have gained access to your account, you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Next, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', you will want to click on 'User Name' hyperlink. Then, simply enter in your new preferred username.
It's important to note that your new username cannot include any of the following characters:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
Once you have selected your new username, select 'Submit'. After doing so, you'll be all set!
If you have any trouble at all, please don't hesitate to connect with us, as we're always happy to help! Banking Specialist can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are also happy to help at any number of our Store locations, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this cleared up any confusion for you, Penelope! Thanks again for stopping by today, and have an amazing weekend.
