If you know your current user name and password, you are able to log in to your Online Banking and change your password via the "Customer Service" tab. It is located at the top right corner of your Online Banking screen. After selecting the tab, you would then click "Change Password."
If you do not recall your password, you may reset your password from the website itself! To do so please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and select "Trouble Logging In" under the password field. It will take you to the "Trouble Logging In" page, from there the website will then ask you to enter your user name and the last four numbers of your Social Security number. It will then prompt you to answer two of your security questions. Once they are answered correctly, Online Banking will prompt you to create a new password that will take effect immediately.
We invite you to take a look at the following tips that could help when creating a new password:
- Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
- Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
- Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
- Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days.

If you are referring to your TD Go Card account, please call us 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
If you're attempting to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), if you know the password, you may request to change it by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. If you do not remember that password, we ask that you visit your local TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. You can also change any of your passwords by visiting your local TD Bank.
