Good evening, Frank!
It's great to have you with us today.
Typically, you would pay homeowner's association fees based on whether you live in townhomes, condominiums, etc outside of your mortgage. Generally speaking, these associations would let you know the terms up front, and allow you to pay them directly, which would not be included in your escrow as part of your mortgage. If you live currently live in a neighborhood that is in an association, we recommend reaching out to them to confirm any applicable fees and how you may pay them.
You may also feel free to speak with one of our Financial Advisors at 800-822-6761. An advisor would go over the best options, as well as go over the application process and terms of your mortgage.
You also have the option to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything else.
