Thanks for your interest in opening an account with TD, Ehud. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that once an account is closed, it is unable to be reopened. This doesn't mean that you're unable to open an account!
We recommend taking a look at the checking accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look here: https://go.td.com/1aFGBWX or use our Checking Selector at: https://go.td.com/1vW1xnU for a custom recommendation.
To take a look at our savings accounts, please visit https://go.td.com/1pJT9I9. Similarly, we offer a Savings Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF.
Once you're ready to open an account, you are able to do so online by selecting "Open Account," by calling 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store.
Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this helps, Ehud. Have a good day.
