in trying to create an online account, your webpage keeps saying my first name does not match with the babank's records. after several attempts, I was logged out saying too many times of wrong input.
how can I proceed?

Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to help you sign up for Online Banking as well as review your account to determine why you've encountered difficulty.
