Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Ivan.
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, at this time we do not have statements that are specifically set up to show Wire Transfers. You may view all of your statements along with the transactions that you performed by logging into your Online Banking.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, and you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. If you experience any difficulties enrolling for Online Banking, you may call us at 1-888-751-9000 and speak with a Customer Service Representative, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking and you've logged in to your account, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You may also view your statements if you have a TD BusinessDirect account. If you are not currently enrolled, don't worry! To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://go.td.com/1dl2HX6 , or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. Please note that enrollment in BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary username and password that you will have to change upon logging in. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, please contact our Small Business Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, option 2. Once enrolled or logged in you may use the following steps to view your statements:
- In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements"
- Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes
- Click onto the "View Statements" button
We hope this helped answer your question, Ivan, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
