I entered the wrong billing address when I was making a payment. The company told me that because it is the wrong billing address the payment will not go through and that it I should do it again with the correct information. After doing this, I got two confirmation numbers and was charged twice but I only wanted to be charged once. Since the billing information was incorrect, the payment should not go through correct?
