Welcome to TD Helps, Orlando. We're happy to provide you with transfer options available.
If you use Online Banking, you'll have the option of sending a Person-to-Person payment. Person-to-Person payments are used to send funds from your TD account to someone else's account at another Financial Institution within the United States.
If you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet and would like to get set up, as long as you have an ATM/Debit Card, you may fill out the online application here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In addition to your ATM/Debit Card number, you will also need your account number and email address. If you have any trouble with the enrollment please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a nearby TD location. For a listing of our locations and hours please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're enrolled and logged in to your Online Banking you will have the option of sending a Person-to-Person Payment. You have two delivery options when sending the payments, there is the three business day and next business day delivery options. Please note the next day delivery option is not available for Savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
To use the Person-to-Person option, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
Please note that Person-to-Person Payments can only be conducted to or from a U.S. account in U.S. currency only. They can only be made from an Eligible Transaction Account: for example, personal Checking, Money Market or Savings accounts are usually allowed, with you as a signer on the account. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If you have any difficulties, please contact Tech Support for assistance 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required.
If you prefer not to use Online Banking, you may also stop by a TD location to send a wire transfer. With wire transfers, you can send funds to any bank within the country and across the globe! If you are making a transfer within the US, you will need to gather the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
Sending an international wire is a little different than sending one within the US. To send an international wire all you need is: · The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to · The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds · The amount and currency of the transfer
Please keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others.
Additionally, fees may apply for the above mentioned services, please take a look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details.
Hope this helps, Orlando and have a great evening.
