Dear Sir / Madam:
I am a TD credit card customer. I made a purchase with my Visa Cash Rewards card online and I never received the item that I purchased. I am wondering if my purchase is insured? Thank you.

Hi Anna, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
Customers may dispute transactions on their credit card for any number of reasons including purchase not made, purchase posted incorrectly or twice, refund not received, etc.
You should notify TD Card Services within 60 days after the first bill cycle in which the error or problem appears.
