Hey Michelle, thanks for writing into TD Helps! We'll be sure to point you in the right direction regarding your earned interest. Please note, if your account(s) earned more than $10.00 in interest in 2014, you'll be mailed a 1099 form by January 31, 2015. There are a couple of ways that you can check to see if you've accrued $10.00 or more in interest. You can view this information on your paper statement for the last cycle of 2014. If you are enrolled in online banking, you may also check your December 2014 statement to see if your account(s) earned more than $10.00 in interest for 2014. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account. Select the Account tab then Account Details tab for more details. You can contact us 24/7 at the telephone number listed above and one of our banking specialists can verify if your account(s) earned $10.00 or more in interest. Feel free to stop by any TD Bank during lobby hours if you'd like. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. If your accounts earned more than $10.00 in interest for 2014 and you do not receive a 1099 form after January 31, 2015, you may request a 1099 form via secured message through your online banking, contact us at the telephone number above or visit any TD Bank location. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and click on Send a message. In your secure message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original). We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Michelle! Take care.
