Thank you for reaching out to us today, Jamie. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
TD Bank 1098-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please keep in mind that the forms can take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. The 1098-INT forms are sent out for loans in which $600.00 or greater was paid in the previous year. This being mentioned, if you think that you should have received a 1098-INT form for your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
You can contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and our Representatives will be happy to help. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores
Online Banking allows you to send us a Secure Message to determine if you should receive a form or request one. To send a Secure Message instead, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a Secure Message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
Since you mentioned this was in regards to a vehicle loan, if your auto loan is through TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting TD Auto Finance at 1-800-556-8172, Monday through Friday 8AM to 10PM EST and Saturday, 8AM to 7PM EST. They will be able to provide further information.
We hope this helps, Jamie and have a good afternoon.
