Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Emmaline. You came to the right place for information.
We'd like to suggest a few options so you may obtain the interest earned information on your interest-bearing accounts. First, you may review your interest earned on your December, 2014 statement for your accounts. You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000; we can provide you with this information upon proper verification. If you prefer, you're more than welcome to stop by your local TD Bank Store location during lobby hours to obtain this information in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message to request this info. If you are not currently enrolled and would like to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center."
If you have earned at least $10.00 or more in interest in the year of 2014, you should have also received a 1099-INT form at your address on file. If you have not, you may follow the same options listed above to request a copy of your tax form.
We hope this information helps, Emmaline. Enjoy the weekend!
