I'm currently in Thailand without access to my online banking information as I recently left that information in the United States, thinking I wouldn't need to use my card until January. Now a situation has arisen where I'll be needing a quick transfer of funds from my (American) grandma from South Korea, where she happens to live part-time, to Thailand into my account. The international number isn't working, and I can't get on my account online without getting my password back from this phone call. Help?
