I am moving to Romania for two years and will need to be withdrawing money from my account each month to live on. How does this work and what fees are involved?

Happy Saturday, Sarah, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're happy to announce that you are able use your TD Bank VISA Debit Card around the world, anywhere VISA is accepted!
Not only will you be able to use your card to make purchases, but you can also make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. In the unfortunate event that you're unable to find an ATM that is compatible, you may also use your Debit Card to obtain a VISA Cash Advance.
We encourage you to check out our current Fee Schedule here https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you using your debit card out of the country.
At this time, TD Bank does offer some deposit account products which will either waive any non-TD ATM fees, or may also receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. To review which accounts may offer this feature, we recommend reviewing the Fee Schedule link above, as you can find this information towards the bottom of the page. You're also more than welcome to review the requirements for this rebate at https://go.td.com/1m9qQOk.
If your account does not currently have this feature, and you'd like to discuss changing your account type to a different product, you're welcome to give a Banking Specialist a call at 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, you're also welcome to contact your nearest TD Store location, for further assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Finally, as you stated that you plan on moving, we also recommend changing your address on your account to avoid any interruptions. In order to do so, you're welcome to either call the number above to speak with a Banking Specialist, visit your nearest TD Store location, or you're also able to send us a Secure Message right from your Online Banking to make this request.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We sincerely hope this helps, and if you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at the number above. We're always happy to help.
Take care, Sarah!
