I have an all inclusive account in Canada because I have recently relocated to Panama indefinitely and this acct allow free international debits and ATM withdrawls.
Because of the low Canadian dollar against the USD I'm looking for alternative ways to save on fees and exchange.
I was recommended to open a cross border account, which would allow me a better exchange rate when purchasing in USD.
My question is if when using the cross border acct internationally are there fees for ATM withdrawls and debits if I also have an all inclusive acct. I understand that debits are free within the US but is it no fee in Panama as well?
