Thanks for your question, Cristophe. We'd be glad to discuss Bill Pay with you.
Please know that at this time, payments scheduled with Bill Pay can only be processed to payees within the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you would like to discuss this with a Specialist, feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
If you need to send funds overseas, you are able to do so by scheduling an international wire. To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer. To learn more please visit http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
We hope this information helps and have a good day.
