Good morning, Yanan! We’d be glad to discuss international transactions with you!
TD Visa Debit Cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide. This includes online, in store, and phone purchases. These transactions do not assess any additional charge and will be converted to US dollars at the time of purchase!
Keep in mind that there may be a fee for the use of an international non-TD ATM. You're able to review any fees that may apply here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
If you're planning a trip overseas, we recommend placing a travel notification prior to your trip. To place this notification, we ask that you connect with a Specialist directly. Call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store or send a secure message to let us know about your trip!
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. Be sure to include the specific dates and destinations of your trip.
