Thanks for visiting us here on TD Helps with your question, Ruda.
We understand how your situation can be difficult. When traveling, we always advise for you to provide us with the dates and destinations of your travels so we may notate your account. Sometimes, even when a note is placed on your account, our automated advanced fraud early warning systems may block your debit card until we are able to verify the transaction with you.
In order to review your circumstances, we would need to review the account with you. We recommend reaching out to one of our Banking Specialists, in which you may 24/7from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Please note, the US country code is 1-011.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know that when you make a debit/ATM withdrawal from an international location, please make sure that the ATM machine or store displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. Feel free to check out www.Visa.com for international PLUS locations. You may use your TD Bank Debit Card to obtain a VISA Cash Advance if a compatible ATM is not available. We also invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc for some travel tips.
Again, we appreciate you asking us about your debit card and hope the remainder of your trip is a safe one, Ruda!
