Welcome to TD Helps, Nina. We're glad to provide you with some information today.
We'd like to inform you that the exchange rates are subject to change daily, we recommend calling us at 1-888-751-9000 or contact the Store location near you directly to obtain the up to date exchange rates. Also, there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information, please review our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
As you will be sending an international wire transfer, you will need to provide the name and address of the receiving bank, as well as their SWIFT/BIC code. You will also need the name on the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. Please also feel free to review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
We utilize the services of correspondent and/or intermediary banks to transfer funds to banks overseas. These banks might charge a fee for their services, and the correspondent and/or intermediary bank might deduct these fees from the wire transfer amount. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. For more information on fees for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We also recommend reaching out the receiver directly to determine if other information is required by their financial institution. Once you have gathered all the information, you may visit your local TD Bank Store to fill out the necessary form to initiate an outgoing domestic or international wire transfer. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number mentioned above.
Thanks for stopping by, Nina and take care.

Thanks for answering so fast.
But I have an additional question. If i read it correctly, the fee will be 40 US Dollar for international wire transfers.
An other idea could be to transfer the money with a check. Is it possible to make out an international check?
What fee would it be, to transfer it this way?
