Hi, I would like to transfer money from my TD bank account to my UK bank account. What are the charges for this? Is there a maximum amount I can transfer in one go? What information about my UK account do you need? How long does the transfer take? Thanks

Thanks for your question, Laura. We'd be glad to review how to send a wire.
To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a domestic wire you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer. To learn more please visit http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
