I am expecting an international transfer from a U.K. account. It has been over 6 business days, and I have not received the payment (but it has come out of the U.K. account). I was wondering if the reason for this delay could be at my end? I provided the correct routing number and account number for my TD checking account.

We understand your concern, Giulia, and we'd be glad to offer suggestions.
Please know that we are unable to advise on wires not sent from TD Bank. We recommend reaching out to the sender directly to discuss delays.
When speaking to the sender, we recommend suggesting they place a trace on the wire itself. By placing a trace, the sender and their financial institution will be able to determine why the funds are being held up and if any information was incorrect.
