Good morning, Daniil.
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, and we'll be happy to help!
Based on your concerns, it sounds as though you are hoping to have funds debited from your TD Bank account to be transferred to another account you may have with a financial institution in Europe. Unfortunately, at this time, in order to perform an international transfer, we ask that you visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative about performing an international wire transfer. However, as you are currently not in the United States, and are unable to visit a TD Store location, we'd be happy to provide you with some alternatives.
It sounds as though you may have your TD Bank Debit Card in your possession. Currently, TD Bank does not charge any foreign transaction fees, and you are able to use your debit card anywhere VISA is accepted. Because of this, we'd like to recommend performing a non-TD Bank ATM withdrawal, and by doing so, you would then have the ability to deposit cash with your European financial institution.
If you're unable to locate an ATM to perform a non-TD Bank withdrawal, don't worry, as you would also have the option of performing a cash advance by speaking with any financial institution of your choice.
Should you decide to perform a non-TD ATM withdrawal, please know that fees may be assessed depending on the type of account you currently have with TD Bank. If you'd like, you're welcome to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
It's also important to note that a currency exchange will need to be performed, when initiating a withdrawal or cash advance in a foreign country. Because of this, depending on the exchange rate at the time of your purchase, the transaction may appear on your TD Bank statement as a different amount then your original transaction.
Another option you have is to deposit a personal check from your TD Bank account directly into your account in Europe. Simply present one of your TD Bank checks, made payable to yourself, to a Teller so that they may then credit it to your account. Before doing so, we'd like to recommend speaking with your financial institution as they will be able to provide you with any rules and regulations that may come into play when depositing a check in U.S. Dollars.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to connect with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, by calling 1-888-751-9000. Or, as you are currently abroad, you may also call collect, with operator assistance by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
We hope this was helpful, Daniil.
Have a great rest of your day!
