Sorry to hear about any confusion using our Mobile App. We appreciate you writing in.
Your user name and password are the same for both your Online Banking account and Mobile account. If you've confirmed your login on our full site but can't log in using our app on your mobile device, we first recommend ensuring that you're entering your credentials as you expected, including the correct capitalization, numbers and symbols.
