Good afternoon, Ismail and happy Sunday to you! Hope you're doing well.
A Bank Check can be considered an Official Check. To be certain we would advise you to stop in at any of our Stores and we'll be able to review the item you have for you. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
In general, when making check deposits with a Teller, the first $100.00 is made available immediately. The rest of the funds are usually credited to your account on the following business day.
Please keep in mind, if you make a deposit at TD Bank before 8:00 PM on a business day, it would be considered a deposit on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. For weekend deposits, this usually means that the deposit will be considered Monday's deposit and will post to your account Tuesday.
We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ, which can explain our deposit availability policy in full detail for you on pages 38-41 along with information about when you'll have access to deposits. Please note that delays may apply in some situations including larger deposits, new accounts, or excessive overdrafts.
Hope this helps a bit, Ismail! Let us know if you have further questions and have a great upcoming week!
