i hit the log off button and im at home page for 10-15 minutes with no way out!
Then the page will scroll down and ' X ' will appear. HELP!

We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know, that you may click on the "Log Off" button located at the top right hand corner of our webpage to log out of Online Banking. A window should pop up asking "If you are sure you want to exit Online Banking?", if so, please click on the "OK" button. After you click "Ok" then you have properly logged off of your profile.
If this window is not displayed, it may be because of a browser setting. We recommend checking your pop up settings as this may be the issue.
We'd also like to share that your account has a security feature that logs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
