Hey William, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps.
Generally, a Trust is governed by the terms of a written trust document, and the Trustee or Trustees are obliged to administer the trust in accordance with both the terms of the trust document and the law. As all trustees are authorized signers on the account, it would be the trustee's responsibility to ensure that funds are being used in compliance with the terms of the trust.
We recommend reviewing the terms of these accounts with a Banking Specialist at a TD Store location near you. Please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store locations and the lobby hours. Based on your inquiry we would recommend sitting down with a Specialist to discuss your specific needs and wants, that way we can make sure we are assisting you with your best possible account options.
If you would like, one of our Specialists can establish an appointment at your preferred TD Bank Store for you during your call. Our dedicated 24/7 Customer Service Representative can be reached at 1-888-751-9000.
We hope this helps William. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions.
