Welcome to TD Helps, Valerie. Great question!

You may contact us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help with your request. Another option is to send your request via secure message through your TD Online Banking.
Please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log onto your account online. If you have not enrolled and have a TD Debit card handy, please click here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start. Again, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, Social Security number and your email address. If you need assistance, feel free to call us at the number previously mentioned, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help!
Once you've enrolled and are logged in, to send a secure message, please select the "Customer Service" tab, then under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link, or select the "Send a Secure Message" link located on the left hand side of the screen in the "Message Center" box.
If you prefer, you could always visit us during lobby hours for further assistance! Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find Store hours and locations.
We hope this helps Valerie. Have a wonderful day and please enjoy the rest of your weekend.
