Hi Lorraine, we're happy you were able to connect with us on TD Helps today.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account. If you are enrolled for our TD Bank BusinessDirect, after logging in your account at http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts link at the top of the screen
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you need to enroll your business account in TD Bank BusinessDirect, please follow: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Once there, please choose Business from the drop down box, click on continue, and complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, debit card number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within two business days that contains your initial User ID and Password.
In case you do not have the required information to set up for TD Bank Business Direct or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 888-751-9000. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Please note that there is no charge if you view or print your previous statements via TD Bank Business Direct. If you are unable to locate the statements you need online, you do have the option to request the statement copies to be mailed to your address on file by calling 24/7 at the number listed above or visiting your local TD Bank Store. Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions and have a nice day!
