I wrote several checks to my childcare provider from 6/12/17 to 11/27/17 and I need proof that they cashed the checks. I only write checks from this account for child care and their records don't match mine, Is it possible to get copies of the checks?

We know how frustrating it can be there's a discrepancy in your payments. That's why we make it easy to access and obtain copies of your statements and checks. We'd be happy to provide you with some options!
The first and easiest way to access check images may be through TD Bank Online Banking. If you have your account statements set for paperless, or if you pay for check images with your monthly printed statement, you should be able to see all check images online included in each month's statement.
To access your statements and see if the check images are included, click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log in. Select the account from which the checks were written and then click the 'Statements & Notices' tab. On this page, you should see all your statements for 2017. Now select the statement you'd like to look at and it will open in a new window. If you have either of the settings we mentioned above, you should see all check images on the last page. You'll have the option to download and print your statement if you need to provide copies of the checks to your childcare provider.
If you don't have check images on your statements, don't worry! We can access copies of the checks and have them mailed to you. Through online banking, you can request check copies by secure message request. To do this, login at the link above and select 'Send a secure message' from the Message Center box on the left. From the drop down menu, select 'Request a Transaction Copy'. You can then select Check Copy and fill in as much information as you have so that we can research them for you. You will need to send a request for each check. We can generally respond within 24 hours and will have the checks to you in approximately 7-10 business days after we locate them.
As it sounds like you have many checks to locate, you can also call us directly to make the same request. We can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Again, we'll locate the checks and have them mailed out to you right away.
