Absolutely, we'd be happy to mail a card out to you! We notice that you’re in Tallmadge right now and understand you may not be able to stop in to a Store. To give us a call and order your card, please reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please note that if the address on file for your account is different than your current address, we'll need your written authorization for this. To do so, you can reach us as above for faxing instructions, or you can send us a Secure Message from within your Online Banking account.
To do so, please sign in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. To request a new card using this method, please include the information provided below.
- Your account number
- Your name
- Address to where the card should be mailed
- Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
- Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
If you're just visiting your current location and haven't moved there, then please also let us know your travel dates and any other destinations if you haven't already provided this info to us.
