Greetings Thomas and thanks for coming by TD Helps today! We'll be glad to provide some information regarding your past statements.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you have access to your previous statements up to 2010. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account, click on your account, select the Statements tab and click on the statements that you'd like to view/copy.
Another option you have is to request statement copies through online banking by sending a secured message. To send a secured message, sign into your account and select ''Send a Secured Message'' under the Message Center box on the left hand side of the page. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days for the statements to be mailed to your home address.
Another option you have is to receive your statements via fax. Please send us a secured message along with your fax number to receive your statement copies. You may also send your request via fax as well. Please include the following information as your request should be faxed to our Fulfillment Department at 856-533-1138:
-Your Full Name
-Your Account Number
- The Dates of the Statements that you are requesting
You could call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can request these copies to be mailed to you as well. As always, you can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours and have one of our Banking Specialists can provide these copies in person. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please let us know if you have any questions, Thomas and enjoy the rest of your night!
