You may have an ATM card attached to your savings account. This card would be an ATM only card, which cannot be used to make purchases or payments. If you would like to obtain an ATM card, you may request one at your local TD Bank Store, where you will receive it immediately. For Store hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or if you prefer calling Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 you will receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days depending on your postal office.
If you currently have a debit card that is already attached to a checking account, you have the option to link that same card to your savings account. In this case, you will be able to access both accounts at the ATM machine, but all debit purchases or payments will be taken out of your checking account. If you would like to do this, please give us a call, stop by a nearby TD Bank location or send us a secured message via online banking.
To send a secured message you must have access to your account on tdbank.com. If you’re not already enrolled you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll online you will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. Once you’re signed in, please click on the Customer Service tab and then “Send a Message.”
