Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps, Susan!
You may have another option for having the payments sent directly to you, rather than receiving a check each month.
If you're depositing the checks into a personal account, you may be able to use Send Money. Send Money is a free service we offer to our Retail Online Banking Customers that allows them to send and receive funds even instantaneously! To enroll in this service, you'll need to have an active debit card linked to an active personal checking account. It can easily be done through your online or mobile banking. To begin, log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the 'Send Money' tab and ensure the email address shown is correct. You'll then need to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you sign up for this service with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email. Be sure you have mobile notifications enabled for TD Bank. If you sign up with your email and don't receive the verification code, please check your e-mail spam folder. You'll then need to enter the code to verify your email address or mobile number. We'll show your accounts that are eligible for Instant Transfer. Just choose the one you wish to use.
If you choose to set up this service from the mobile app, select 'Send Money' from the quick links or transfer screen and continue with the same instructions above.
Once enrolled, you can send monthly recurring requests to your payees for the owed amounts. As long as they also have an active debit card linked to an active personal checking account with a bank that participates with Zelle, they should be able to send you the money owed!
If you have a business account with us and are enrolled in Treasury Management Services, you may be able to enroll in a service that allows your business to receive ACH payments from your customers and clients. To discuss this, we recommend reaching out to your Relationship Manager directly.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this helps, Susan! Have a great weekend.
