Hi Jason, thanks for visiting us here at TD Helps. As you recently opened account with us, welcome to TD Bank!
Since it sounds like your account was established by phone, just a few simple steps are required in order to use the account. It will be necessary to submit your completed signature card to the Bank, and it's certainly not too late to mail this back if you prefer! Once we receive and process the form, we will provide access to the funds in your account. However, if you'd like to have your funds available sooner, you are also more than welcome to visit any local TD Bank Store to drop off or sign a copy of this form. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a convenient Store location near you. While visiting, we recommend asking your Representative to fax the form to the correct department for quick access to your accounts.
Please keep in mind that any deposits made to your new account may not be immediately available for withdrawal. For more information on funds availability and deposits that may be applied for longer delays, please take a look here at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 38-41.
Thanks for your question, Jason and we hope this helps! Thanks again for choosing TD and enjoy your afternoon.
