I wanted to close my account and, since my account balance was zero, sent a request to close my account via online banking. I haven't recieved any response and now, when tried to access my online banking, the system won't let me. Is my account closed? I never had any notification. How am I to check?

To confirm that your TD account was closed, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by calling 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be able to confirm if your account was successfully closed. You may also visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help.
