Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Megan. We're happy to help shed some light on your account number.
Your Debit Card number is different than that of your account number and you're right! Your account number does appear on your statement next to "Primary Account Number." If you can't locate your statement to retrieve your TD Bank account number, you may visit any of our TD Bank Stores for a Customer Service Representative to assist you. Please bring with you a form of identification (Driver’s License, passport, State I.D.) and your Social Security number. To find a TD Bank near you, visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also log in to Online Banking from the full site to retrieve your account number. If you are not currently enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. They'll help walk you through the process! After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your account, including your account number! If you'd prefer to do this in person, you may also visit your closest TD Store.
Keep in mind; you may also schedule bill payments and recurring transactions using your TD Debit Card rather than your account number if the option is provided.
We hope this helps, Megan and have a great day!
Megan K, Mount Laurel
