I can't acces to my account, I have my password but I'm having a problem with logging in. I haven't used my account for about 6 months ( but I left some money, so that you don't close down my account). So I'm not sure if my account is still valid or not and I don't know how to find out that information because at the moment I'm not in Canada anymore. Please help me with solving that problem
